Here's this week's challenge at The Paper Players:
I have gone for a somewhat dark, moody, look, on my friendship card for this challenge. I have used (now retired) Black Foil Sheets in conjunction with the beautiful papers. I didn't consciously use glitter and foil on my card, but as it turns out, I embossed the sentiment with (retired) Shimmer Black embossing powder, and added a Glittered Organdy Ribbon bow (as it is my only black ribbon).
The "accidental" glittery elements:
Listed below are the current Stampin' Up! products I used to make this card. If you live in Australia, and would like to shop with me for your papercraft supplies, you can get to my store by clicking on any of the thumbnail images below.
Thanks, Anne Marie, for stretching me outside my "colour comfort zone", with this challenge! It was fun.
Christine, this color challenged stretched me, too! You really showcased the richness of the colors beautifully and that glittery ribbon bow is just gorgeous. So glad you joined us at the Paper Players this week
