STAMPIN' UP! MY MEADOW BEAUTIFUL DAY CARD

I decided to share a second blog post today, as I made another card with the sweet My Meadow stamp set, and faux watercolouring.

After all the ink had dried, I ran the watercolor paper panel through my die-cutting and embossing maching, in the Subtle 3D embossing folder.  I then rotated the paper 90 degrees, and ran it back through, to give the look of canvas.  Here's a closer shot:

A few Woven Threads sequins were the only embellishments I chose to add to this card.  I felt it didn't need much, being as cheery and colourful as it is!

STAMPIN' UP! MY MEADOW GET WELL CARD

For a little break from all my masculine cards being shared at the moment, I have a bright, flowery card for you today.

I've had a play with the My Meadow stamp set, stamping onto Watercolor Paper and using Water Painters.  The scene I created is a simple little one, but it put a smile on my face - and hopefully will do the same for the recipient.

I matted the main panel onto a Melon Mambo Stitched Rectangle piece of card.  Attached the card front is a piece of Whisper White card that I embossed with the gorgeous Ornate Floral 3D embossing folder.  I've used my favourite Whisper White crinkled seam binding, to add a sweet bow.
