STAMPIN' UP! FRIENDSHIP CARD FOR PP536

 I love the current colour challenge at The Paper Players so much, I had to make another card.  My first card was masculine, so I decided to go more feminine with this one.  Here are the colours suggested by LeAnne:

The starting point for my card was a leafy panel from the Dandy Laser Cut Paper pack.  I used a Blending Brush to colour it with Crumb Cake ink, then adhered it to a Crumb Cake Stitched Rectangle.  I have rather indulged my love of stitched dies on this card!

The Basic White Stitched Circle piece is stamped with a couple of stamps from Circle Celebration, using Misty Moonlight ink.  The sentiment, from Itty Bitty Greetings, was white-embossed on Misty Moonlight card, and cut out using a Stitched So Sweetly Die.

Using my Pierced Blooms Dies, I die-cut several flowers from Merry Merlot card.  A couple of flower centres, and some tiny flowers, were cut from Basic White card.  I added Misty Moonlight enamel dots to the smallest flowers.

STAMPIN' UP! PATH OF PETALS SYMPATHY CARD

 I started making a second card, in keeping with this past week's Rich Razzleberry focus (for the weekly Colour Creations Showcase I participate in), but got waylaid by some sad news that kept me out of my craft room for a few days.

I've now finished what I was working on, so can share my other Rich Razzleberry card.

The focal images (leaves and flowers) from the Path of Petals stamp set were stamped on Fluid 100 Watercolour Paper.  I stamped the stems and leaves in Old Olive ink, and the flowers in Rich Razzleberry ink.  I then coloured the images using Blender Pens.  I pressed the nibs of the pens into my ink pads to pick up colour; I like the deeper, velvety, colour applied to the flowers this way.

Because Fluid 100 Watercolor is not a colour match to either Basic White or Very Vanilla, I matted my main panels on a larger piece of watercolor paper, and stamped the sentiment on another piece (before die-cutting it with a Floral Gallery Die).  I used a piece of Very Vanilla card inside my card, for writing a message on.

This close-up better shows what I mean by a "velvety" look on the flowers.  I'd smudged a little ink in  a couple of spots, so added a few tiny flowers punched from Rich Razzleberry card, using the Confetti Flowers border punch.

In this photo, you can better see the Rich Razzleberry background panel, embossed with the Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder.  The embellishments added to my card are Fine Art Ribbon, and Gold Glitter Enamel Dots.
