STAMPIN' UP! BABY CARD IN MISTY MOONLIGHT & GREENS

For today's card, I have paired the delightful All For Baby bundle with Abstract Beauty Specialty Designer Series Paper.  How pretty are the soft colours, and gold flecks, in this paper?

The All For Baby bundle will be retiring on 2nd May, before the release of Stampin' Up!'s new Annual Catalogue.  I will really miss these adorable stamps and dies.  Here's a close-up of the die-cut pieces in Mint Macaron and Misty Moonlight (and you can see the gold flecks in the paper a bit better here):

On the background layer of Just Jade card, I used the Gingham embossing folder, and Adhesive-Backed Hexagons.  A thin strip of Gold Metallic Paper ties in with the gold in the patterned paper.

The sentiment was stamped in Misty Moonlight ink on a scrap of Basic White card, and was cut out using one of the sentiment labels from Beautiful Trees Dies.  I added a twine bow made from Flowers For Every Season Ribbon Combo.  Basic Borders Dies were used to cut the zig-zag border.

STAMPIN' UP! BABY CARD IN PINK AND GREY

 I am trying to build up my stash of baby cards, as I find I'm entering the stage of life in which several of my friends are becoming grandparents.  Such a special time; I just love sharing in their joy.

When I first saw Stampin' Up!'s Brilliant Rainbow Dies, I knew they'd be ideal for baby cards.  How's this for a bit of cuteness?

To a panel of Blushing Bride card, I added Basic White die-cut clouds.  I'd used Adhesive Sheet on the back of the white card before die-cutting it, so the clouds came out like stickers.  After placing the clouds where I wanted them, I ran this piece through my Stampin' Cut & Emboss machine, inside the Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder.  I think the embossed pattern looks a bit like a blanket.

Using a Stitched Rectangle Die, I cut a piece of Basic White card, that I then embossed with a Dotty Hearts Embossing Folder.  This piece fits nicely inside the Scalloped Contours frame, cut from Smoky Slate card.

I have used Blushing Bride and Smoky Slate Designer Series Papers for my rainbow.  I added Foam Adhesive Sheet to the reverse side of the papers before cutting them with one of the Brilliant Rainbow Dies.  A couple of extra die-cut clouds were slipped under the rainbow, and embellished with Polished Dots.  Here's a close-up of all the sweet details:

The sentiment, from the All For Baby stamp set, was stamped on a scrap of Basic White card, using Blushing Bride ink, and the Stamparatus - this allowed me to re-ink and stamp it a few times, to get good colour saturation.  I cropped the sentiment with a smaller Stitched Rectangle Die.

STAMPIN' UP! ALL FOR BABY CARD IN BLUES

 Today I have to share with you a sweet and simple baby card, featuring the gorgeous All For Baby bundle.  No ribbon, and no gems, on this card - very unusual for me!  It's all about the sweet die-cut onesies, bib and pegs, and the colour co-ordination.

(Please ignore the bowed sheet of paper I used as my backdrop! 😂)

I first cut a piece of Basic White card with a Scalloped Contours Die, to create the scalloped rectangle on which to place all the little elements.  Using Post-It Notes, I masked off the top edges, and stamped the line in Misty Moonlight ink, so it didn't extend beyond the pierced inner border.

The colours I've used are So Saffron, Misty Moonlight and Balmy Blue.

After stamping the sentiment in Balmy Blue ink on Basic White card, I cropped it using a Beautiful Trees die, and raised it up on Mini Stampin' Dimensionals:
