STAMPIN' UP! BASKET OF BLOOMS BRIGHT HELLO CARD

As on yesterday's card, I started my card design by die-cutting a piece of Whisper White card with Stitched Lace Dies, then cropping a portion with Stitched Shapes Dies - in today's case, an oval.  I matted the lacy oval on a scalloped Whisper White oval, cut using Layering Ovals Dies.

The flowers and leaves were stamped in In Color ink, and the basket in Soft Suede ink.  All images were then coloured with Stampin' Blends markers.

I've used a Meadow Moments embossing folder to create the beautiful background texture.  The sentiment on this card is from my To A Wild Rose stamp set.

I love the pretty details on the die-cut and embossed Whisper White pieces:

I've listed below all the products I used to make this card.   If you would like to purchase them for yourself, and live in Australia, I would love for you to shop with me.  You can access my online store by clicking on any of the thumbnail images below.

STAMPIN' UP! BASKET OF BLOOMS IN COLOR CARD

Continuing on with my Basket of Blooms cards, I have a very colourful one to share with you!  I've used all five In Colors, stamping the images with the In Color inkpads, and colouring them with Stampin' Blends.  We don't have Stampin' Blends markers in Bumblebee, so the flowers stamped in that colour are coloured with Mango Melody Stampin' Blends.

This card started out with me experimenting with the very intricate (somewhat frustrating, but worth the effort!) Stitched Lace dies.  I cut a piece of Whisper White card with the Stitched Lace die, then cropped a portion of it with a Stitched Shape circle.  I then matted this circular element on another piece of Whisper White card cut with a Layering Circles scalloped die.

Here's a closer view of the lacy piece that I mentioned above:

I have listed below all the products I used to make this cheery card.  If you live in Australia, and would like to buy them, I'd be very happy for you to shop with me.  My online store is open 24/7, and can be accessed by clicking on any of the thumbnail images below.

I'll have another Basket of Blooms card on my blog tomorrow, featuring more stamped images that have been coloured in matching/co-ordinating Stampin' Blends markers, and punched or fussy cut out.
