STAMPIN' UP! CAKE CRAZY CONFETTI BIRTHDAY CARD

A quick share today, of a second card I made while I had out the supplies for the card posted on my blog yesterday.

I added a little texture to this one, with the fabulously festive Confetti embossing folder.  I like all the creative options available, for using the sentiments in the Cake Crazy stamp set.

JAI #349: STAMPIN' UP! CAKE CRAZY

Our challenge at Just Add Ink, for the coming week, is to make a papercraft project using this inspiration picture as a jumping-off point.  You might be inspired by the shapes, the colours, or just the general composition of the image ... let your imagination run wild!

I was inspired to ink up my Cake Crazy stamp set, with all of the colours I could see in the picture!  It comes in very handy, to own the entire collection of Stampin' Up!'s inkpads.

Here's my colourful creation, with some black touches to (ever-so-slightly) tone down the brightness:
