STAMPIN' UP! PERFECTLY PLAID BRIGHT & SIMPLE CHRISTMAS CARDS

Today is a very exciting day for me, as I'm setting off on a holiday to a few places that have long been on my bucket list!  I'll have at least a couple of blog posts scheduled to go live while I'm away, but things might be a bit quiet on here for the next several weeks.

I have made a few simple Christmas cards using the cute Perfectly Plaid bundle, which is comprised of the Perfectly Plaid stamp set, and the Pine Tree punch.  My colour choices are based on the three colours of 1/2" Textured Weave Ribbon (in Stampin' Up!'s Annual Catalogue) - Granny Apple Green, Gray Granite, and Poppy Parade.   I'm a big fan of the Toile Christmas bundle, and find myself using the sentiments and banner dies often.  Here are the three variations of the one simple design I came up with:

Simple, sweet, and easy to make multiples of ... that's what we like leading up to Christmas time, isn't it?!

STAMPIN' UP! BRIGHTLY GLEAMING NIGHT OF NAVY & COPPER CHRISTMAS CARD 1

I hope you are feeling inspired to use the Brightly Gleaming suite of products; as you can see, I'm loving them!

The papers and stamps in this suite have such beautiful patterns and details.  I stamped the ornaments onto Night of Navy card, in Versamark ink, then copper-embossed them.  The sentiment stamp and banner is from the Toile Tidings suite, another favourite from the Holiday Catalogue.

STAMPIN' UP! PRESENT WREATH CHRISTMAS CARD IN SEASIDE SPRAY

After making my first present wreath card, I felt inspired to try it out in different colours.  I think I like Seaside Spray even better than the original Pool Party version.  What do you think?
