STAMPIN' UP! BEAUTIFULLY BRAIDED "FOR YOU" CARD 2

My second post for today is to share a card very similar to the one I showed you this morning.  I've again stamped, and white-embossed on Whisper White card, the ginkgo image from Beautifully Braided.  This time I've framed it in ovals, used different ribbon and a different embossing folder.

Even though my colouring is a bit dodgy on this one (I think I coloured too heavily, or too many times, over the white-embossed image with my Stampin' Blends!), I think it's my favourite of the two cards.  I like the crisp white with the soft greens.

Listed below are all the Stampin' Up! products I used to make this card.  They are available to purchase from my online store, by clicking on any of the thumbnail images below.  If you live in Australia, and don't already have a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, I'd love for you to shop with me!

STAMPIN' UP! BEAUTIFULLY BRAIDED "FOR YOU" CARD 1

Continuing on with my Garden Lane Designer Series Paper series, this morning I have for you a card in soft greens.  I adhered four rectangular pieces of different papers from the pack, to a panel of Soft Sea Foam card.  I then embossed that panel with the Subtle 3D embossing folder (a great go-to folder to add a bit of texture).

The stamped ginkgo image, from the Beautifully Braided stamp set, has been white-embossed on Whisper White card, then coloured using Stampin' Blends.  I matted that onto a stitched scalloped rectangle, that has also been embossed with the Subtle 3D embossing folder.

The Soft Sea Foam cardstock throws a bit of yellow in my photo, but in real life it's a beautiful soft light green.  It complements Mint Macaron beautifully.

I've listed below all the Stampin' Up! products used to make this card.  If you come back this afternoon to visit my blog, you'll see another card I made using the same techniques, but with a few different details.

STAMPIN' UP! PRESSED PETALS FRIENDSHIP CARD IN MERRY MERLOT

The Pressed Petals Specialty Designer Series Paper, from Stampin' Up!, is seriously beautiful.  I have used a floral piece on today's card, along with some of the hessian-looking paper in the pack.  I must admit that Merry Merlot is a colour I've barely used ... but, hey, this isolation period seems to be all about digging out unused/new products, for me!

I've actually used three of the designs from the paper pack.  I covered my Crumb Cake card base in the hessian-like paper, then added a layer of another design in light Merry Merlot.  The floral centrepiece complements them both.  I also used the hessian-like paper for the corner floral elements, and the decorative frame around the sentiment.  Enough words - here's the picture!

I cut a panel of Merry Merlot card with the Stitched Lace dies.  The flower accent, with the fuzzy yellow centre, was created by punching a 1" circle of card, and attaching petals from Pressed Petals Specialty Washi Tape.  I added a "hessian" paper die cut piece before adhering the yellow flower centre.

All of the Stampin' Up! products I used to make this card are listed below.  If you live in Australia, and would like to buy any of these gorgeous products, you can get to my online store by clicking on any of the thumbnail images.

I'll be back to some more Garden Lane Designer Series Paper creations from tomorrow, so prepare for a few more green cards!
