STAMPIN' UP! IN GOOD TASTE THREE VASES CARD

The starting point for today's card was a piece of In Good Taste Designer Series Paper, which I chose because this pack is on special for the month of October.  The woodgrain and photo-realistic patterned papers in this pack have had a lot of use, but I have never created with this particular tile-patterned piece.

In my creative process, I have thrown everything but the kitchen sink at this card.  I've used two stamp sets, four sets of dies, two embossing folders, and embellishments from two different packs.  I had a lot of fun making this one!

I've done a few different things with the vases, from the Boho Indigo Product Medley.  The largest vase/urn was stamped in Night of Navy ink, on Whisper White card.  I then used Versamark ink, silver embossing powder and a heat tool, to emboss the little floral design at the top of the vase.  The two smaller vases were die-cut from Night of Navy card, and embossed with the Subtle 3D embossing folder.  I die-cut a leaf pattern from the middle vase, and added some little flowers - two silver-embossed, and one stamped in Night of Navy.

The Whisper White stitched circle, and the Smoky Slate sentiment strip, were embossed with the Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder.

Here's a close-up of the sentiment strip, on which you can better see the lovely embossed detail:

To anchor the twine bow to my card, I die-cut a Smoky Slate Ornate Frame, and a Night of Navy frame from the same die.  I inserted the Night of Navy centre piece into the Smoky Slate frame, for contrast, and used a glue dot to adhere the bow.
