I started off with a Whisper White panel that I'd cut with the sweet rectangle die, from Nature's Thoughts. I stamped the fern fronds in Granny Apple Green, stamping off to get a lighter impression on some. I then repeatedly stamped the flower in Mango Melody (a colour I seldom use, but how pretty is it?!) to the right of the ferns. Some are in full strength ink, and some stamped off. I added black centres to some of the flowers, with a stamp from To A Wild Rose.
The embossed floral panel is a piece of Daffodil Delight card. I rubbed my Daffodil Delight inkpad directly over the inside of the Ornate Floral 3D embossing folder, inserted the piece of card, and ran it through my die-cutting and embossing machine. The ink has settled in the negative spaces, giving a lovely depth of colour to the piece.
The die-cut embellishments - Mango Melody flowers, and a Daffodil Delight butterfly - are from Nature's Thoughts, which co-ordinates beautifully with the Positive Thoughts stamp set.
I hope this bright and cheery card puts a smile on your face today.
