STAMPIN' UP! BLACKBERRY BEAUTY STRIP BIRTHDAY CARD

 Today's card shows off strips of four of the paper designs in the Blackberry Beauty Designer Series Paper pack.  I have used Very Vanilla for my card base, and sentiment label, and added gold accents.  Because the designs are rather busy, I have kept my card pretty simple.

The four vertical strips of Blackberry Beauty DSP are adhered to a panel of Rich Razzleberry card.  To the right of the paper strips, I subtly decorated the card by stamping the "splatter" stamp from Color & Contour in Versamark ink.  I applied Heat & Stick powder to the ink, and melted it with my heat tool, until it was just sticky.  I then added some Gilded Leafing flakes, for a bit of sparkle.   The gold splatters tie in with the gold in the papers, and the reeds cut from Gold Metallic Paper (using Harvest Dies):

The sentiment, from Inspired Thoughts, was stamped in Rich Razzleberry ink on a piece of Very Vanilla card.  I then cut it out using the label from the Meadow Dies collection.  After adding a couple of gold Metallic Pearls, I popped up the sentiment label using Stampin' Dimensionals.
