STAMPIN' UP! PLENTIFUL PLANTS BIRTHDAY CARD

My darling daughter-in-law is 25 today.  Here is the card I made for Tanikka, using seven (!) sets of dies, and an embossing folder.  Did anyone else start making cards because it would "save so much money"?  😂  It's just as well this beautiful hobby brings us so much joy!

I started with a Pool Party card base, and added a layer of Basic White card.  I then embossed another Basic White panel with the Brick & Mortar 3D embossing folder.

The horizontal strip across the front of the card is a piece of Coastal Cabana cardstock, on which I used the Stitched Greenery Die.  I tucked a Basic Borders die cut, in Crumb Cake card, underneath that.

The sentiment, from the Peaceful Moments stamp set, was white heat-embossed on a scrap of Coastal Cabana card.  I used a Beautiful Trees Die to cut it out.  The numbers were cut from a piece of Pool Party card decorated with the Stitched Greenery Die.  (I attached Foam Adhesive Sheet to the piece of card before die-cutting it.)  Afterwards, I used my Pool Party Stampin' Blends markers to create a subtle ombre effect on the numbers.

The flower pot was stamped in Pool Party ink on a concrete-patterned piece of paper from the Bloom Where You're Planted DSP pack.  The plants in the pot were die-cut from another piece of paper in that same pack.

Here's a closer look at the embossed background, and the hanging plants and bird.  The bird was cut from a Baby Clothes Die, and the heart was cut out from Ice Cream Parlor Designer Series Paper (just retired), using a Birds & More Die.

I have listed below all the products used to make this card.  If you live in Australia, and would like to shop with me for your Stampin' Up! supplies, you can get to my online store by clicking on any of the thumbnail images below.
