STAMPIN' UP! JUST MY TYPE THANK YOU CARD

As well as my love affair with the Just My Type stamp set, I am really enjoying creating with Stampin' Up!'s Inked Botanicals Designer Series Papers.  Such beautiful colours, that I probably wouldn't have thought to put together.

Here's a simple "thank you" card, that I fussied up with a playful bow treatment:

I sponged around the edges of the Crushed Curry floral paper, using Crushed Curry ink, and adhered it to a mat of Lost Lagoon card.  Across the middle of this paper, I added another Crushed Curry paper with a lined design.  Before sticking these layers down onto the Thick Basic White card base, I laid a couple of lengths of Lost Lagoon Bordered Ribbon across the front.  

Using a Scalloped Contours Die, I cut the Lost Lagoon floral piece.  I sponged the edges with Lost Lagoon ink, then stuck this piece down over the ribbon.

The typewriter and paper were stamped in Lost Lagoon ink, and the sentiment added in Crushed Curry ink.  After adhering the typewriter, I added a couple of Lost Lagoon Bordered Ribbon bows, using glue dots.  Glossy Dots add a little pizzazz to the design.
