STAMPIN' UP! BRIGHT & BEAUTIFUL PAPER STRIP CARD #4

Here are the backgrounds I created with Bright & Beautiful DSP strips adhered to Basic White card panels:

The last card in my series started off as the piece in the bottom right of the photo.  I cut it out using a Scalloped Contours Die.

Before adhering the die-cut piece to my Bubble Bath card base, I added a starry panel to the bottom third of the card front.  I had die-cut stars, using Beautiful Balloons Dies, for card #2 in my series.  I used the negative cut out pieces as a stencil, to create a subtly-patterned starry background with a Blending Brush and Bubble Bath ink, on Bubble Bath card.

The sentiment and presents were created using the Wanted To Say Dies.  "Celebrate" was cut from Bubble Bath and Basic White card.  The presents and bows were cut from Bubble Bath and Berry Burst card, and sponged in the same coloured inks.  

Bubble Bath Sheer Ribbon was threaded through the open scallops, and a bow from the same ribbon added.  Once again, I've used Tinsel Gems Four-Pack for my beautiful glassy embellishments, both at the top of the card and on the bow of the present in the centre.
