STAMPIN' UP! BRIGHT & BEAUTIFUL PAPER STRIP CARD #1

I have had a play with strips of paper from the Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper pack, and different dies.  I started off with four pieces of Basic White card, onto which I adhered strips of the patterned paper, mixing up the designs.  I then used dies to cut out the decorated panels, and created cards from them.

Here's what the four card pieces looked like, before I chose the dies I'd use:

The card I am sharing first features the panel in the top right of the picture.  I cut it out using a Deckled Rectangles Die.  Because the largest of these dies is a little shorter than our Australian-sized cards, I tacked on a piece of Bubble Bath card (also cut with the Deckled Rectangles Die) to the bottom before matting it on a Berry Burst card layer.

The sentiment, from Beautiful Balloons, was stamped in Berry Burst ink on Basic White card, then cut out using a Nested Essentials Die.  I added embellishments from the Tinsel Gems Four-Pack, and Sheer Ribbon Combo Pack.

The balloons were stamped in Berry Burst, Bubble Bath and Lemon Lime Twist inks, and given strings made of white baker's twine.
