AWHT COLOUR CREATIONS SHOWCASE - WEEK 4: BLACKBERRY BLISS

Tonight I am taking part, with a number of other members of Claire Daly's Art With Heart team, in a Colour Creations Showcase.  Catherine Proctor is co-ordinating this weekly share, and has a list on her blog of all participants. We would love it if you visited all our blogs, and left some comment love!

This week's colour being showcased is Blackberry Bliss.  It's a beautiful deep colour that I don't often think to use.  Here's the combination of colours I came up with for this week's share:

I have used Blackberry Bliss card, to mat the Whisper White embossed layer, and have used my Blackberry Bliss inkpad and Stampin' Blends markers.

I stamped the three gorgeous peonies, and the sentiment, from Prized Peony, in Blackberry ink on Whisper White card.  I used Light and Dark Blackberry Bliss Stampin' Blends markers to colour the flowers, adding a little darkness to the centres with Basic Black Stampin' Blends markers.  The leaves were coloured with Old Olive Stampin' Blends markers, and the blooms and leaves then die-cut.  I used a sweet Ornate Frames Die to cut out the sentiment.

Also from the Peony Garden suite of products, I used a Square Vellum Doily, the Dainty Diamonds 3D embossing folder, the delightful scalloped border die, and Elegant Faceted Gems.  This is such a beautiful suite of products, isn't it?

Listed below are all the products I used to make this card.  If you would like to buy them for yourself, and you live in Australia, I would love for you to shop with me!

Make sure you do the rounds of all the blog participants in this week's Colour Creations Showcase.  A full list is on Catherine's blog.  You are sure to be inspired to use Blackberry Bliss in your crafting, after seeing everyone's beautiful work.
