STAMPIN' UP! SEASIDE NOTIONS BIRTHDAY CARD IN BALMY BLUE

This next card, featuring Seaside Notions and Whale of A Time DSP, uses the following colours:

How pretty is the wavy-patterned paper, in Balmy Blue and Pacific Point?   The seahorse is stamped in Pacific Point ink on Whisper White card, and coloured with Balmy Blue Stampin' Blends markers.  I have used a Holiday Rhinestone for the seahorse's eye.  The Balmy Blue strip, across the bottom of the front panel, has been embossed with the new Seabed embossing folder.  I stamped bubbles using a stamp from the Beauty Abounds set.
