The seahorse was white-embossed onto Watercolor paper, then watercoloured using Granny Apple Green and Pretty Peacock reinkers, and a Water Brush. I used Stampin' Write Markers, again in Granny Apple Green and Pretty Peacock, to colour the sentiment. My Stamparatus came in very handy for this. I coloured one line at a time of the wording, stamped it onto Whisper White card, cleaned the stamp, and repeated these steps until I was happy with how dark the impression was. Each of these words was stamped three times, to get good depth of colour.
After embossing a strip of Balmy Blue card with the Seabed 3D embossing folder, I used a sponge dauber and Balmy Blue ink to bring out the raised detail.
Listed below are the Stampin' Up! products I used to make this card. If you click on any of the thumbnail images, you'll be taken to my online store. I would love for you to shop with me, for your Stampin' Up! supplies, if you live in Australia.
