HOC WEEK 11: STAMPIN' UP! O HOLY NIGHT/MERRIEST TREES CHRISTMAS CARD

 

The Merriest Trees bundle is getting a good workout in my Christmas crafting this year!  I've changed the look up a little, by using different papers - this time, from the O Holy Night Designer Series Paper pack.

How beautiful are these colours together?!

The background is three of the patterned papers, sponged around the edges with Boho Blue ink, then matted on a Night of Navy card layer.  I die-cut the Christmas tree from Boho Blue card, sponged the edges with Boho Blue ink,  and stamped the sentiment in Night of Navy ink.  Can you see the metallic sheen on the copper star atop the tree?  It's die-cut from Tartan Foil Specialty Paper.

The Christmas tree pot was cut from Pebbled Path card, and I added a white baker's twine bow.  The presents were stamped in Night of Navy, Boho Blue and Copper Clay inks, and cut out using co-ordinating dies (this bundle has SO many fabulous dies in it).

As a finishing touch, I added a few Boho Blue Dots around the presents.
