STAMPIN' UP! SIMPLY SUCCULENTS IN OLD OLIVE

 When I knew that Old Olive was the focus for this week's Colour Creations Showcase, I instantly thought of the Simply Succulents bundle.  I made this card, then went in a completely different direction for the Showcase, and shared a different card last night.  So, you get to see my original card today. 😊

I stamped the bucket/pot, and the succulents, on Thick Whisper White card using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  I then coloured the images using Stampin' Blends markers, favouring Old Olive for most of the succulents.  I've also used Smoky Slate, and added a little Rococo Rose to some of the succulent tips.

I had a scrap piece of Old Olive card, that had been embossed with the Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder.  I used this to die-cut the two pieces that hang over the bucket.  Unfortunately the texture really doesn't show up in my photos.

How beautiful is the background die, from the Potted Succulents Dies?  I cut it from Thick Whisper White card, and added a tab made from Old Olive DSP cut with an Ornate Frames die (and trimmed at the top).  I added a few Matte Black Dots to the tab.
