STAMPIN' UP! THANKFUL GARDEN & ARCHED WISHES BIRTHDAY CARD

I have used a few of my current favourite products to make today's card.  As you may already know, the Everyday Arches Dies are a go-to for me.  I am loving the recently-released Arched Wishes stamp set, designed to co-ordinate with the dies.  Team these with the awesome Thankful Garden bundle, and you get a card that makes me smile every time I look at it!

Again I have used Fresh Freesia and Garden Green as the focal colours.  When colouring the hydrangea with Blending Brushes (and the masks), I added some Balmy Blue ink.

The two patterned papers - the Garden Green grid paper, and the Fresh Freesia paper with the sweet floral detail - are from the Lovely Garden DSP pack.  I sponged the edges of the papers with co-ordinating inks.

On the Fresh Freesia arch, I stamped the sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black ink, and added a few Fresh Freesia Tinsel Gems.
The smaller arch, die-cut from Basic White card, is slightly off-set to the right of the larger arch.

Check out the gorgeous Two-Tone Sparkle Gems (an Online Exclusive product), that I added to some of the flower centres.  They work beautifully with purples and blues.

The bow added to the flower stem was made with two lengths of white baker's twine.

Because I love the Fresh Freesia paper with teensy flowers, I added a panel of it inside my card.  On the Basic White die-cut arch, I stamped the second part of the sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  I added some lightly-stamped hydrangea images (stamped off onto scrap paper first, but I think my ink pad was a bit too juicy - I was going for a lighter effect!).

Listed below are all the products I used to make this card.  If you live in Australia, and would like to shop with me for your Stampin' Up! supplies, you can get to my online store by clicking on any of the thumbnail images below.

Flood waters permitting, in the wake of Tropical Cyclone Alfred, I will be heading to Brisbane tomorrow for Stampin' Up!'s annual On Stage event.  I'll have more floral cards to share with you on my return next week.
