STAMPIN' UP! FRIENDS FOR LIFE BIRTHDAY CARD

The Frames & Flowers Specialty Designer Series Paper pack is full of really beautiful patterned papers, and die-cut pieces that pop out from a couple of 12"x12" pages.  Here's the first of several cards I have made with these papers.  This one is paired with the Friends For Life bundle.

The background paper has been sponged around the edges with Lost Lagoon ink, and matted on a Basic White piece of card.  I used the largest Stylish Shapes circle die to cut through both layers, before adhering them to a Petal Pink card base.

The gorgeous wreath is a die-cut piece from the paper pack.

I added Faceted Gems, and a large Petal Pink 1/4" Diagonal Trim bow, to complement the colours in the papers.

Here's a closer look at the full sentiment.  The first part was stamped in Versamark ink on Lost Lagoon card, then heat-embossed in white.  I cut it out using a Stylish Shapes Die.  The second part of the sentiment was die-cut from Petal Pink and Basic White card, using dies from the Friends For Life bundle.  I added Adhesive Sheet to the Petal Pink card, before die-cutting the word "friend", which made it easy to cleanly stick the die-cut word to the Basic White layer (once I just removed the backing paper).

Inside the card is a Basic White card panel, decorated with a strip of the same DSP as I used on the card front.
