STAMPIN' UP! CUTEST ONESIE PINK BABY CARD

It's a week of "pinkness" on my blog this week!  Today I'm sharing the second baby card I made using the new Cutest Onesie bundle.  Tomorrow night is the weekly Colour Creations blog hop I participate in ... and we're focussing on Pretty in Pink. 🩷

When I first saw the new Cute Crochet 3D embossing folder, it evoked thoughts of a baby blanket, so I decided it would make a sweet background for today's card.

I stamped the onesies onto Designer Series Papers of the same colour as the ink - Pretty in Pink and Crumb Cake.  After die-cutting them, I added a little pocket to each of the Pretty in Pink onesies.  The pocket is one of the sweet little dies in the Cutest Onesie Die pack.

How cute are the little coathangers??!!  The hanger fits through a slot in the neck of the onesie - so clever.  The onesie die cuts the slot at the same time as the outline.

In this photo, you can more clearly see the Cute Crochet 3D embossed background.  I sponged Crumb Cake ink around the edges of the Basic White embossed panel.  Linen Thread was laid across the front of this piece, and secured behind with some Tear & Tape.  I used dots of Liquid Glue to stick down the tiny bows at each end of the "line".

I cut a strip of Country Woods DSP to lay across the bottom of the white background panel, and sponged the edges with Crumb Cake ink.  This piece formed the base for the sentiment and some sweet embellishments.  I white heat-embossed the sentiment on Pretty in Pink card, and cropped it with a Happy Little Things Die.  The rattle was cut from Basic White card (that I added Adhesive Sheet to the back of, before cutting, to create a sticker).  Some In Color Resin Dots finish off the front of the card.

Inside the card, I added a Basic White panel with a strip of Pretty in Pink DSP of the same pattern as the Crumb Cake onesie on the front of the card.
