The current challenge at The Color Throwdown is to use pink, red, black and white on a project.
I've used darker pink and red, but think the Flower & Field Designer Series Paper (FREE during Sale-A-Bration, with qualifying orders) fits the bill rather nicely. Combining pink and red is somewhat outside my comfort zone, but I was determined to use these papers!
The fabulous Pierced Blooms Dies feature rather heavily on my card, with the only stamping being the sentiment.
Here's a closer shot of one of the Cherry Cobbler flowers, with a Basic White centre, and Basic Black leaves:
The sentiment, stamped in Flirty Flamingo ink on Basic White card, was cropped using a label die from the Pierced Blooms Die set. The tiny flowers were also cut with Pierced Blooms Dies, and I have added centres of Matte Black Dots, pearls coloured with my Dark Flirty Flamingo Stampin' Blends marker, and rhinestones.
Listed below are all the products used to make this card. If you live in Australia, and would like to shop with me for your Stampin' Up! supplies, you can get to my online store by clicking on any of the thumbnail images below. NB: The Flower & Field DSP may not be purchased, but may be earned for FREE, with a $90+ order before 28th February.
Sweet card! Love the sentiment! So happy you joined us at CTD!
