STAMPIN' UP! FINE ART FLORAL "HELLO" CARD

 Have you seen the printed Golden Garden acetate sheets, that form part of the Fine Art Floral suite?  There are 3 sheets (12"x12") in the pack, and two of them are designed to overlay two of the designs in the Fine Art Floral Designer Series Paper pack.  The patterns on the acetate sheets are gold on one side, and silver on the other.  I have cut one of the sheets down into card front sizes, and in the coming days will share with you what I've done with them.

The paper, and acetate overlay, is quite busily patterned, so I didn't want to add too much embellishment.  The floral designs are very elegant, and a bit formal, so I have added some simple elements in an attempt to "casualise" the look, to be a bit more whimsical.

Using the Many Hearts Dies, I cut an outline heart from Pool Party card, and a little bird from Flirty Flamingo card.  I have used the heart to frame one of the flowers on the paper, and added the sweet bird and a little bow made from Pool Party Sheer Ribbon.  

I stamped the sentiment, from Tasteful Touches, on Flirty Flamingo card, using Versamark ink.  After heat embossing it, with white embossing powder, I cut it out using a Stitched So Sweetly Die.  A few Holiday Rhinestones finish off the design.

As the card base is Pool Party, I added a Whisper White insert inside, and decorated it simply with a couple of small hearts cut with the Many Hearts Dies:
