The card I am sharing today is one I made for this week's Crushed Curry Colour Creations blog hop. When I put it together, I was wholly dissatisfied with it, so didn't use it for last night's share. However, I know that even the cards I make, that I don't particularly like, can appeal to someone else, so I will bite the bullet and post it!
I think the reason I dislike this card the most (well, aside from the fact that Crushed Curry is not one of my favourite colours!) is that I stuck a panel on upside down, from my original plan. The black spotty piece is supposed to be on the right hand side, and the coloured-in flowers on the left hand side.
I do like the top part of the card. That background paper, from the Pattern Party Designer Series Paper pack, is gorgeous - and I love the floral die cut. The lovely sentiment also looks very cheery in bold yellow.
Even though this card didn't turn out quite as I'd hoped it would, I think it will still brighten someone's day.
I have listed below all the products I used to make it. If you live in Australia, and would like to shop with me for your Stampin' Up! supplies, you can get to my online store by clicking on any of the thumbnail images below.
