STAMPIN' UP! BRILLIANT WINGS BIRTHDAY CARD

For today's share, I have teamed Brilliant Wings dies with some of the beautiful papers in the Pattern Party Designer Series Paper pack.  This pack of 48 sheets of 12" x 12" papers cannot be bought, but can be earned for FREE with a qualifying order of Stampin' Up! product.  I love the gorgeous Crushed Curry paper that reminds me of damask fabric.  The two dotty black and white pieces are from the reverse sides of colourful patterned paper in this pack.

I cut one butterfly each from Basic Black, Shimmery White and Crushed Curry card.  Before adhering the Crushed Curry background paper to a Basic Black mat, I embossed the four corners with the "hash" die from Brilliant Wings.  I just love this subtle, unusual, detail.

Using my Stamparatus, I stamped the "happy" (from the Pretty Perennials bundle) in Crushed Curry ink, straight onto the white paper with tiny black dots.  I think I inked and stamped the image one too many times (in an effort to get good depth of colour), as it looks very orange!  The "birthday" was stamped, also using my Stamparatus, in Tuxedo Black Memento ink.  The tiny Crushed Curry flowers look a bit like yellow poached eggs, don't you think? 😄

Listed below are all the products I used to make this card.  If you live in Australia, and would like to shop with me for your Stampin' Up! supplies, you can get to my online store by clicking on any of the thumbnail images below.
