STAMPIN' UP! ALL FOR BABY CARD IN PALE PAPAYA

Pale Papaya, one of Stampin' Up!'s new In Colors, is a lovely pastel colour to use for a baby card.

For today's card, I teamed Pale Papaya with Crumb Cake and Basic White.  The dotty background paper, from the Hand-Penned Petals Designer Series Paper pack, has been sponged around the edges in Crumb Cake ink.

I stamped the teddy in Crumb Cake ink (making sure first that my inkpad wasn't too juicy).  After die-cutting the bear, I placed him on a Basic White Scalloped Contours die cut, that had been embossed with the Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder.  I added a couple of Pale Papaya die-cut hearts, and the gems you see on the background paper are new Genial Gems, in Pale Papaya.

Using my Stamparatus, I stamped the sentiment in Pale Papaya ink (reinked and stamped a few times, to get good depth of colour) on a scrap of Basic White card.  I used a Floral Gallery die to cut it out, and mounted it on a slightly larger strip of Crumb Cake card.  I think the new Pale Papaya & White ribbon is perfect for a baby card - so soft and pretty.

Inside the card, I added a die cut teddy bear, first stamped in Pale Papaya ink.
