STAMPIN' UP! RUSTIC CENTERPIECE THINKING OF YOU CARD

Today's Rustic Centerpiece card features a watercoloured image, which gives quite a different look to the Stampin' Blends coloured image shared yesterday.

On a piece of Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper, I stamped the rustic floral image in Jet Black StazOn ink.  I cut it out using a Perennial Postage Die, then set to watercolouring it with a Water Painter and ink refills (I added a drop of each colour to a plastic palette).  Using my Blending Brush that still had on it some remnants of Crumb Cake ink, I lightly coloured the edges of the die-cut rectangle once the watercolouring was dry.

The background Crumb Cake panel has been stamped, using Crumb Cake ink and text and splatter stamps from Elements of Text.  After sponging the edges with Crumb Cake ink, I mounted it on a Cherry Cobbler layer, and a Thick Basic White card base.

Here's a closer look at some of the details, including the Faux Glass Dots that I coloured with the Dark Cherry Cobbler Stampin' Blends marker.

The sentiment, from Sentimental Framing, was stamped in Cherry Cobbler ink on a scrap of Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper.  I cut the little tag using a Layers of Beauty Die, and added a Linen Thread bow.

Listed below are all the products I used to make this card.  If you live in Australia, and would like to shop with me for your Stampin' Up! supplies, you can get to my online store by clicking on any of the thumbnail images below.

My favourite stamp in the Rustic Centerpiece set is a Christmas one.  I have a few cards made, that I'll share with you soon.
