HEART OF CHRISTMAS WEEK 14: STAMPIN' UP! LIGHTS AGLOW WREATH CARD IN CHERRY COBBLER

Tonight a group of us, all Stampin' Up! demonstrators from around Australia, is sharing projects to inspire you to use Stampin' Up! products in your Christmas crafting.  We're taking part in Heart of Christmas blog hops every Monday night, until the end of November.

I've been favouring greens on my Christmas cards so far, so decided to focus on Cherry Cobbler, Gold and Very Vanilla this week.  I'm a huge fan of the Distressed Gold paper, and Lights Aglow Designer Series Paper.  I have teamed both of these with Festive Foils Designer Series Paper, to go all out with elegant shimmer and shine!

I cut the "holey" circle from Festive Foils DSP, using a Labels Aglow Die.  I adhered this piece to some Distressed Gold paper, before layering it on Lights Aglow DSP and a mat of Distressed Gold paper.  I cut a wreath from Distressed Gold paper, and added some rhinestones coloured with my Dark Cherry Cobbler Stampin' Blends marker.

The sentiment, from Ringed With Nature, was gold heat-embossed on a scrap of Very Vanilla card, and cut out using a Stylish Shapes Die.  I tucked it behind a couple of the leaves on the wreath, before adhering it to the card front.

This close-up photo shows the gorgeous patina on the Distressed Gold card, as well as the foiled details on the Festive Foils DSP:

I added a scalloped die-cut border, created with a Penned Flowers Die, to show off some more of the gorgeous Lights Aglow DSP:
