Every catalogue release in recent years, I've bought the specialty laser cut papers on offer, and have failed to use more than a couple of small pieces (you know, that "too pretty to use" problem?!). I was pleased to see the Dandy Laser Cut Paper released in a smaller format, and therefore more useable quantities for me!
Today's card is a very simple design, but I'm pleased with how it has turned out. I have used Calypso Coral, Basic White and Sahara Sand.
The laser cut paper panel has been adhered to a piece of Whale Of A Time Designer Series Paper. I embossed a piece of Sahara Sand card using the Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder, matted it on a slightly larger Calypso Coral piece, and adhered these layers to a Sahara Sand card base.
In this photo, you can see the beautiful design on the Calypso Coral paper, and the lovely embossed background. I've scattered a few (retired) Iridescent Seqins on the card - don't they look pretty with this paper?
The sentiment, from the Borders Abound stamp set, is stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on a scrap of Basic White card. I cut it out using an Ornate Frames Die, added a tiny sequin, and placed a Braided Linen Trim bow just above.
Listed below are the current Stampin' Up! products I used to make this card. If you live in Australia, and would like to shop with me for your Stampin' Up! supplies, you can get to my online store by clicking on any of the thumbnail images below.
