STAMPIN' UP! STIPPLED ROSES CARD FEATURING POOL PARTY

Stampin' Up!'s Softly Stippled Designer Series Paper is just so pretty, I had to have more of a play after last night's Colour Creations blog hop.  These papers (FREE, until the end of the month, with a $90+ Stampin' Up! order) are designed to co-ordinate with the Stippled Roses bundle, so I have used only that bundle (well, with one other die for the sentiment!).

I have used two papers from the pack - the floral background, and the Wild Wheat strip across the middle.  I sponged the edges of both of these pieces of paper, in co-ordinating inks, before matting them on a Pool Party card layer.

I stamped the spray of roses in Pebbled Path ink on Basic White card, and used the co-ordinating die to cut them out.  The flowers were coloured with Pool Party Stampin' Blends, and the leaves and stems with Wild Wheat Stampin' Blends.

From Basic White card, I die-cut some extra leaves, as I am in LOVE with the detail on them!

The sentiment was stamped in Versamark ink, on Pool Party card.  I sprinkled white embossing powder over the ink, and melted the powder with my heat tool.  The "holey" circle that you'll be seeing so much of on my cards is courtesy of the Everyday Details Dies - my new favourites.

I added a bow made with Pool Party Grosgrain Ribbon, and added some Iridescent Pearls.

Listed below are all the products I used to make this card.  If you live in Australia, and would like to shop with me for your Stampin' Up! supplies, you can get to my online store by clicking on any of the thumbnail images below.  NB:  The Softly Stippled DSP cannot be bought - the price next to it is just an indicator of its value.  If you would like to earn this paper for free, simply place a $90+ order, of catalogue product, before the end of February
