STAMPIN' UP! SEASIDE NOTIONS BIRTHDAY CARD WITH NOBLE PEACOCK FOIL

When making this card, I used two of the coloured foils from the Noble Peacock Foil cardstock pack.  The wavy panel is Blueberry Bushel (embossed with the High Seas 3D embossing folder), and some of the seaweed is Old Olive foil cardstock. 

To colour the seahorse, I first stamped it in Blueberry Bushel ink on Whisper White card, then used a blender pen to draw some of the ink inwards.  I like this subtle, watery, effect.
