JAI #265 : STAMPIN' UP! BALLOON BASH

We have a great, festive, inspiration pic over at Just Add Ink this week, to get the creative juices flowing.  Rochelle came up with these gorgeous images, to inspire us:

Here's what I came up with, using the super-cute Balloon Bash stamp set, and the colours Bermuda Bay, Basic Black, Whisper White, and Gold:

I wanted the gold confetti to show through the striped balloon, but popped up the middle balloon using Stampin' Dimensionals, so the confetti didn't detract from the wording on the balloon.

As always, the Design Team members at Just Add Ink have come up with some great projects.  You can check out the others' here.

I've listed below all the products used to make this card; if you click on any image, you'll be taken direct to my online store.

  2. Love your confetti! Seems I'm the only one who didn't pull a balloon set out for this challenge, and I went with Crushed Curry rather than gold. Love how we all interpret the same pics so differently. This is such a great, festive birthday card. x
