So Saffron is one of my least-used Stampin' Up! colours ... I think I have bought a new pack of cardstock only once in the 10 years I've been a demonstrator!  However, my favourite Good Morning Magnolia suite might just change my mind on this colour.  It's a lovely soft yellow for a magnolia, don't you think?

My favourite part of today's card is the embossed vellum ... I discovered that, with this coloured vellum, different results are achieved if the paper is embossed on opposite sides.  The vellum has a darker and lighter side  If the lighter side faces up, inside your embossing folder, the raised embossed bits will be white.  If the darker side faces up when embossed, the raised embossing remains the same colour as the vellum.

I used my light So Saffron Stampin' Blends marker to colour the adhesive pearl accents.

Here's a closer view of the lovely embossed effect (with what could be one of my favourite new embossing folders!):

Listed below are all the products I used to make this card.  If you would like to buy them for yourself, and you live in Australia, I would love for you to shop with me.  You can access my online store by clicking on any of the thumbnail images below.

Tomorrow I have a similar card to show you - but with the vellum embossed on the darker side.  I hope you'll come back to see!
