This week at Just Add Ink, we have a sketch for you to use as a starting point for a card, scrapbook page, or other papercraft project. Here's the sketch, courtesy of Kim:
I have just bought the cutest stamp set - Cupcake Party, which co-ordinates with Stampin' Up!'s Cupcake Builder punch. I've paired the stamps with my favourite sheet of paper from the new Confetti Celebration Designer Series Paper pack, to make a simple, fun, girly birthday card.
Stamps: Cupcake Party
Card: Strawberry Slush, Whisper White, Bermuda Bay, Crushed Curry, Basic Black
DSP: Confetti Celebration Designer Series Paper
Ink: Strawberry Slush, Bermuda Bay and Crushed Curry stampin' pads, Versamark inkpad, Basic Black marker
Other: White stampin' emboss powder, Cupcake Builder punch, 1 3/4" Circle punch, 2 1/2" Circle punch, Circles collection framelits, Banner framelits, Banner punch, Essentials paper-percing pack, sponge daubers, Crushed Curry baker's twine, glue dot, enamel dots (not SU!)
Make sure you check out the rest of the Just Add Ink Design Team's creations. We'd love for you to play along with us!
So cute Christine, I love that DSP.

What a bright, happy card. Love the enamel dots and the faux stitching. The little twine bow is a gorgeous addition to the overall cute factor on this card!
ReplyDeleteLove this girly creation of yours. It's refreshing to see, when you are the star of masculine cards. Those little enamel dots are the cutest. xox
ReplyDeleteCute, bright and cheerful card Christine. Love how you have used the different sized circles - it's very effective. Chantell x x
ReplyDeleteSuch a fun creation Christine. Your lovely bright colours and itty bitty polka dot sprinkles just make me smile! xxx
ReplyDeleteThis is a set I've resisted, but you've used it so imaginatively I may need to take a second look. Those flags all stamped differently are definitely a stroke of brilliance and just look so darn cute!! And your cross stitch design under the sentiment really pops that horizontal piece. Another sweet card, Christine!
