STAMPIN' UP! WONDERFUL ROMANCE DIE-CUT FRIENDSHIP CARD

One of the beautiful dies in the Wonderful Romance bundle, cuts a stunning decorative edge on a card.  This was the result of my first play with the die:

Here is the card, open:

I have lined the right-hand inside of my card with some of the lovely vellum from the Floral Romance Specialty Designer Series Paper pack.  A vertical stitched rectangle provides some space for a message to be written.

When I die-cut the "friend" from Basic Black card, I accidentally threw away the dot from the letter "i".  Rather than die-cutting another, at the suggestion of my friend (thanks, Judy), I placed a tiny faceted dot in its place - great solution!  The Petal Pink pearls from the Share What You Love Artisan Pearls pack make a lovely soft addition to the flowers that have been coloured with Stampin' Blends, don't you think?

I have listed below all the Stampin' Up! products I used to make this card.  If you click on any of the thumbnail images below, you'll be taken to my online store.  I'd love for you to shop with me, if you live in Australia, and don't already have a Stampin' Up! demonstrator.

I hope I have inspired you to have a play with these beautiful stamps and dies, and all the co-ordinating products.

STAMPIN' UP! WONDERFUL ROMANCE FRIENDSHIP CARD - PURPLE AND GREEN

I am loving the purple and green colour combo right now, largely thanks to the introduction to Stampin' Up!'s colour range of two gorgeous purples.

The card I have to show you today, was a lot of fun to make, and could well be one of my favourites I've made in a while.  The stamped images from Wonderful Romance are great for colouring in (I've used Stampin' Up!'s Stampin' Blends, our alcohol markers).  I'm crushing on most of the new dies we have in our Occasions Catalogue, and can't go past the stunning Lace Dynamic Textured Impressions embossing folder for a beautiful, feminine, background.

I will have one more card to share with you, using the Wonderful Romance bundle of products, tomorrow, so hope you'll come back to visit.

If you love what I've made today, and would like to buy the products to create it yourself, I would be very happy for you to shop with me!  You can get to my online store by clicking on any of the thumbnail images below (Australian residents only).  *NB:  The ribbon is not able to be purchased, but can be chosen as a free product, with every $90+ spend, during Sale-A-Bration.  Stocks are running low, so may not be available by the end of  March.

STAMPIN' UP! WONDERFUL ROMANCE THINKING OF YOU CARD

The star of today's card is the utterly gorgeous new Lace Dynamic Textured Impressions embossing folder.  I had embossed a piece of Petal Pink card, and had yet to do anything with it.  Here's what I came up with, after playing around with the Wonderful Romance suite of products:

I fussy-cut a piece of patterned vellum (leaves and flowers) from the Floral Romance Specialty Designer Series Paper pack.  The stamped and die-cut leaves, out to the right of that spray, were coloured using blender pens and ink taken from my Pear Pizzazz inkpad.

Now that I see this card photographed, I think I'll add a tiny pearl or rhinestone to the flower centres!  The ingredients of this card, as is, are shown below.  If you would like to purchase the products, and you live in Australia, I'd love for you to shop with me, if you don't already have a Stampin' Up! demonstrator.  By clicking on any of the thumbnail images below, you'll get to my online store.

Thanks for visiting my blog today.  I will have some more Wonderful Romance cards up on my blog in the coming days.
