STAMPIN' UP! FLYING HOME, IN OLD OLIVE AND CRUMB CAKE

The colours I used on today's card really make my heart happy!  Crumb Cake is my "go to" neutral, for any occasion, and I think Old Olive looks great paired with it.  A couple of other favourite things on this card are the ribbon treatment, and the stamping of the sentiment straight onto Designer Series Paper.  I hope you like it, too!

The website I use, to link direct to my online Stampin' Up! store, appears to be down this afternoon, so this post is without a list of all the products used to make the card.  If you have any questions, please feel free to leave me a comment, or send me an email.

It's a pleasantly cool day in Melbourne today - a welcome break from our recent run of hot days.  I'd love a heavy downpour of rain, for my poor dehydrated garden, but I don't think there is one on the horizon.  I won't complain too much, as I'd rather have our warmth than the extreme cold and snow being experienced by my friends in parts of the Northern Hemisphere!

We're nearly at the end of my series of "Flying Home" cards ... I have one more to share, which I will do in the next couple of days.

STAMPIN' UP! "FLYING HOME" RICH RAZZLEBERRY CARD

I'm back with more in my Flying Home series.  Please come back to visit over the next few days, as I'll have a couple more cards to show you.

The fine line images in the Flying Home stamp set are just a delight to colour, especially using Stampin' Blends.  The focal image on today's card was stamped onto Thick Whisper White card, using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  I coloured the image, then decided to colour the entire background using my light Smoky Slate Stampin' Blend.  The Pink Pirouette panel is embossed with the super-cute Scattered Sequins embossing folder.

I have listed below all the Stampin' Up! products used to make this card.  If you would like to buy them for yourself, and live in Australia, you can get to my online store by simply clicking on one of the thumbnail images below.

This weekend is proving to be a pretty quiet one around home for me (well, plenty of chores to do!), as my boy is away at the farm.  I went to see "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri" this afternoon, and thought is was a great movie.  Have you seen it?

I hope you're having a lovely weekend, whatever you're up to.

STAMPIN' UP! FLYING HOME FOIL FRENZY FRIENDSHIP CARD

How's that for alliteration, in the title of my blog post today?  LOL.  A bit of a mouthful, but it accurately conveys what my share is about.

I've broken open my Foil Frenzy Designer Series Paper, that to date I have been hoarding.  It provides a lovely dramatic backdrop to the sweet coloured image, don't you think?

Listed below are all the Stampin' Up! products I used to make this card.  They are available to purchase from my online store, if you live in Australia ... all you need to do is click on one of the thumbnail images to be taken direct to my store.

I have family from New Zealand staying with me at the moment, so will take a few days' break before I share a few more sweet bird-themed cards.
