STAMPIN' UP! TRUE GENTLEMAN PERENNIAL BIRTHDAY CARD

I have to say, I love the way today's card came out!  I hope you like it, too, and hope you feel inspired to tackle some masculine cards.  Many cardmakers struggle to come up with masculine designs, but I love making them ... especially when Stampin' Up! bring out awesome new products to play with.  The True Gentleman suite of products is available until the end of May.

STAMPIN' UP! TRUE GENTLEMAN TAILORED TAG BIRTHDAY CARD

My favourite kind of card to make is masculine cards.  I've just had my first play with the fabulous True Gentleman suite of products, in Stampin' Up!'s Occasions Catalogue.  The papers make it so easy to make a really striking card.

Here's the first card I made, for a young man:

The card base is Crumb Cake.  I glued all the punched-out papers onto a slightly smaller Crumb Cake panel, that I wrapped with corduroy ribbon before adhering to the card base.

I punched out lots of this lovely patterned paper, so made a second card.  You'll need to come back tomorrow, to see that one!

PETAL PALETTE BIRTHDAY CARD IN PUMPKIN PIE

Today's share is the last (for now) in my series of Petal Palette cards, that came together after I stamped, die-cut and coloured several lots of flowers.

The main Whisper White panel is embossed using the gorgeous new Basket Weave embossing folder - able to be earned for free, in a bundle with a delightful stamp set, if you place a $180+ Stampin' Up! product order before the end of March.  This is one of Stampin' Up!'s "dynamic" embossing folders, which gives a really deep, 3-D, impression.  I love it!
