THE HEART OF CHRISTMAS #10: STAMPIN' UP! CAROLS OF CHRISTMAS WITH A MARBLED BACKGROUND

Wednesday means it's The Heart of Christmas time, when a group of us provide inspiration for using Stampin' Up! products to make Christmas cards.

Our team leader, Claire Daly, has a list on her blog of all those taking part in today's share.

The starting point for my card was the idea to gold-emboss the Marbled stamp image, on Very Vanilla card.  The result was quite dramatic, and I turned it into a swirly gold sky backdrop for my other images.  Here's what I ended up making:

... and here's a better view of the shiny gold:

The poinsettias, leaves, and trees were all cut out using the Card Front Builder dies, now available to order - woohoo!  I sponged Garden Green ink onto the Garden Green trees, to give them a bit of depth ... the gold swirly background threatened to "drown them out" otherwise!

I have listed below all the products used to make this card.  If you would like to purchase them from my online store, just click on one of the thumbnail images.

Thanks for visiting my blog today!  We'd love for you to "do the tour" of all Stampin' Up! demonstrators taking part in today's share, and to leave some comment love.
