THE HEART OF CHRISTMAS #5: STAMPIN' UP! SANTA'S SLEIGH & MERRY MISTLETOE

I'm joining some other members of Claire Daly's Art With Heart team, to bring you inspiration for making Christmas cards, with Stampin' Up! products.

My aim is to come up each week (well, as many as I can manage!) with some fairly simple, easily replicated, cards.  Every year I have good intentions to start my Christmas cards early, but most years, I fail dismally.  This year will be different!  I feel great about being 5 weeks in, and having at least 5 cards made already.

Today I have used a couple of designs from the new Be Merry Designer Series Paper, and a simple stamped outline image, with a bold sentiment stamped over the top.

A bit of Garden Green breaks up the Cherry Cobbler and white.  Please know that the reindeer's nose is actually a Cherry Cobbler enamel dot, even though it looks very dark in the photo!

I have listed below all the Stampin' Up! products used to make my card.  If you would like to buy them for yourself, you can click on one of the thumbnail images to go direct to my online store (Australian residents only).

Thanks for visiting my blog today.  Claire has a list on her blog of all participants in today's Christmas share.  We would love for you to visit all our blogs, and leave a bit of comment love!

THE HEART OF CHRISTMAS #4: STAMPIN' UP! CHRISTMAS PINES MEETS FOXY FRIENDS

I'm back, with some other members of Claire Daly's Art With Heart team, to share some Christmas inspiration with you.  This is a regular Wednesday happening, running through until at least the end of November.

This week I have teamed some gorgeous new (non-Christmas!) Designer Series Paper, with one Christmas stamp set and another non-Christmas stamp set.  I hope to show you how easy, and fun, it is, to stretch your supplies to cover different occasions.  Don't stress if you don't have Christmas paper in your stack - use something else.  How cute are these papers from the new Naturally Eclectic collection?

Sorry for the washed-out photography!   The colours are Soft Sky, Lemon Lime Twist, and Emerald Envy.  Here's a close-up of the stamped central panel, so you can see the delicate, stamped-off, Soft Sky stars in the background:

Listed below are all the supplies I used to make my card.  If you click on one of the thumbnail images, you will be taken to my online store, where you can buy the products for yourself (if you live in Australia).

Please hop around to all the blogs listed on Claire's Heart of Christmas blog post, and leave us all some comment love, so we know you've been to visit!

STAMPIN' UP! BEAUTIFUL BOUQUET BUNDLE, WITH WHOLE LOT OF LOVELY DSP

One of my "must have" items from the brand new Stampin' Up! catalogue was the Beautiful Bouquet bundle, of stamps and framelits.  I am also seriously in love with the Whole Lot of Lovely Designer Series Paper ... so, I've paired these two loves and come up with a couple of cards!

Here's the first one I made:

.., and here's a variation on the theme, mixing up colours a bit and using a different sentiment from the great selection in the Beautiful Bouquet set:

The colours are not quite true, due to me taking the photos using my iPhone (and not knowing how to edit properly!).  I am looking forward to buying a new camera in a couple of weeks, when I go on holiday, but please just humour my efforts in the meantime.

I've listed below all the products used on these two cards.  If you would like to buy them for yourself, you can get to my online store by clicking on one of the thumbnail images below.
