STAMPIN' UP! GEARED UP GARAGE MASCULINE CONGRATULATIONS CARD

I'm working my way through the paper patterns in the new Classic Garage Designer Series Paper stack!  I am loving all the designs and colours.

A few die cuts and some simple stamping (just the car, stamped onto DSP, and the grungy stamp that anchors the car) make for a fun card when teamed with great Designer Series Paper and ribbon.  My Stamparatus came in very handy, for the stamping of the car.  My first stamped impression, on the coloured paper, wasn't dark enough for my liking, so I was able to repeat the process twice more until I was satisfied.

I really like the holey corner detail, that I die-cut using the new Lovely Flowers edgelits dies.  Just something a bit different!

STAMPIN' UP! GEARED UP GARAGE MASCULINE BIRTHDAY CARD #2

The card I have to share with you today uses a couple more patterns of Designer Series Paper from the Classic Garage stack.  There's just a bit of simple stamping, of the sentiment, and some nuts stamped on the sentiment panel and one piece of DSP, on this card.

I really like this crisp, bold, colour combination, and hope you do, too!

STAMPIN' UP! GEARED UP GARAGE MASCULINE BIRTHDAY CARD

For a change of pace, from all the pretty floral cards, I have moved on to creating with the fabulous Geared Up Garage suite of products in Stampin' Up!'s new Occasions Catalogue.  All of these new goodies are now available to purchase - woohoo!

I love to make masculine cards, and just know this suite of products will get a good workout in my craft room.  The great patterns and colours in the Classic Garage Designer Series Papers makes it easy to put together a great "guy" card.  Here's the first one I made:
