Today I have to show you the final two of eight designs I came up with, for cards I donated to the breast cancer fundraiser I attend every year - but not this year! I really missed being there on the day ... but look forward to next year already. It's always a fantastic, rewarding, event.

STAMPIN' UP! PINK RIBBON CARDS FOR A BREAST CANCER FUNDRAISER
For a number of years, I have supported and attended an annual fundraiser, for breast cancer research, run by my tireless friend Karen. This year, I am unable to attend, as it falls smack-bang in the middle of my month-long overseas trip.
I made 60 cards, to be sold at the event, to contribute to the day's takings. There are eight designs I'd like to share with you, so I will break them up over three blog posts, so you don't feel too bombarded by photos! I used up all my retired Powder Pink cardstock to make these cards, and used the retired Ribbon of Courage stamp set.
Here are the first few designs:
Tomorrow I will show you a few more of the designs I came up with. I hope I can give you some inspiration, if you are needing or wanting to make cards for someone battling cancer.

STAMPIN' UP! PEACEFUL BOUGHS CHRISTMAS CARD
I love the Peaceful Boughs bundle of products in Stampin' Up!'s Holiday Catalogue, but when I sat down to play with it, was feeling a bit uninspired (we all have those days, don't we?!). I decided to CASE one of the samples in the catalogue, and think the card turned out just lovely. I need to remind myself that I don't have to come up with original designs every single time I make a card!
Here is my version of the card on page 15 of the Holiday Catalogue, using Peaceful Boughs stamp set and the co-ordinating Beautiful Boughs dies.
The card base is Pear Pizzazz, and all the background stamping has been done on a Whisper White panel, that I adhered to the front of the card. The sentiment was stamped in Versamark on Real Red card, then embossed with White Stampin' Emboss powder.
Here's a closer look at the lovely shimmer of the die-cuts, and sequins:
Listed below are all the products I used to make this card. If you would like to buy them for yourself, you can get to my online store by clicking on any of the thumbnail images below. I would love for you to shop with me, if you live in Australia and don't already have your own Stampin' Up! demonstrator.

STAMPIN' UP! PERFECTLY PLAID BRIGHT & SIMPLE CHRISTMAS CARDS
Today is a very exciting day for me, as I'm setting off on a holiday to a few places that have long been on my bucket list! I'll have at least a couple of blog posts scheduled to go live while I'm away, but things might be a bit quiet on here for the next several weeks.
I have made a few simple Christmas cards using the cute Perfectly Plaid bundle, which is comprised of the Perfectly Plaid stamp set, and the Pine Tree punch. My colour choices are based on the three colours of 1/2" Textured Weave Ribbon (in Stampin' Up!'s Annual Catalogue) - Granny Apple Green, Gray Granite, and Poppy Parade. I'm a big fan of the Toile Christmas bundle, and find myself using the sentiments and banner dies often. Here are the three variations of the one simple design I came up with:
Simple, sweet, and easy to make multiples of ... that's what we like leading up to Christmas time, isn't it?!
I have listed below all the Stampin' Up! products used to make these cards. If you would like to buy them for yourself, clicking on any of the thumbnail images below will take you to my online store.
