KELLY'S STAMPING FRIENDS BLOG HOP

Tonight I am taking part in a blog hop, to help the delightful Kelly Kent celebrate 5 years as a Stampin' Up! demonstrator.  Kelly invited 26 of us to join in today's fun, to share creations with a "happy" theme.

I have made a birthday card using some of the gorgeous new products launching on 1st June (yes, tomorrow!).

The stamp set is called Happy Birthday Gorgeous, and the beautiful papers are from the Delightful Daisy Designer Series Paper pack.  I used a large scalloped border die, from the new Seasonal Layers Thinlits, to create some interest in Calypso Coral, behind the square pieces.

I've listed below the current Stampin' Up! products used to make my card ... if you would like to buy them for yourself, just click on one of the thumbnail images to go direct to my online store.

Now it's time to visit the blog of Martha Groeger, to see her "happy" creation!  Have fun hopping around all of our blogs!

THE HEART OF CHRISTMAS #1: STAMPIN' UP! LOVELY INSIDE & OUT

Today I'm joining others from Claire Daly's Art With Heart team, in a new weekly share called "The Heart of Christmas".  We want to inspire you to make Christmas cards, using Stampin' Up! products.

I decided to use the new Lovely Inside & Out stamp set (available to purchase from tomorrow!)  for a Christmas card.  I love the large, graphic, "bursts" ... I stamped them in Emerald Envy and Real Red, then gold-embossed a star on a few, using a stamp from the Star of Light stamp set.  For my rather simple design, I've used three different stamp sets!  It's fun to mix things up sometimes. :)

The shine of the gold-embossed stars and sentiment are a bit clearer in this photo:

This design would be perfect for a mass-production session (if only I had the patience to create multiples of cards!).  It's a flat, embellishment-free, design, easy to post.

Listed below are all the Stampin' Up! products I sued to make this card.  If you would like to purchase them for yourself, and live in Australia, you can go to my online store by simply clicking on one of the thumbnail images below.

We hope you find plenty of inspiration in our shares this week!

STAMPIN' UP! VERTICAL GREETINGS

I have hardly been in my craft room in recent weeks, as I've been busy buying a new house, and preparing my current one for sale.  Busy times!  My house is now on the market, and what happens next is largely out of my control, so it's time to hit the craft room again.

Today I have had a play with the gorgeous Vertical Greetings stamp set.  I think this is only the second time it has seen ink, but thankfully it is carrying over into the new Annual Catalogue that's out next month.

This is the colour scheme I chose to use, after deciding to cut into some of my Succulent Garden Designer Series Paper:

I've added a few glimmery touches, on this feminine birthday card.  They haven't photographed well, but there is a glimmer paper strip next to the sentiment, and three tiny glimmery butterflies, cut from Timeless Tag thinlits:

I have listed below all the Stampin' Up! products used to make this card.  If you would like to buy any of the products from my online store (Australian customers only), just click on one of the thumbnail images to get started.

Thanks for visiting my blog today, and please send positive vibes my way, for the sale of my house!
