The pattern on the teacup made me think of Stampin' Up!'s Moroccan Designer Series Paper, which determined my colour scheme. I was inspired to make a friendship card, as it's nice to share a "cuppa" with someone you want to spend time with. You'll see I've incorporated grey timber, and some Rich Razzleberry flowers, with matching enamel centres, on my card:
I wanted to place a couple of little bows near the top of the swing's ropes, but found the Very Vanilla Thick Baker's Twine too heavy. My solution? Separate the threads of the twine (I halved the thickness) ... great colour match, and a nice, delicate, embellishment.
Listed below are the Stampin' Up! products I used to make my card. If you would like to buy the products, please click on one of the thumbnail images, to be taken to my online store (for Australian residents only).
Make sure you check out the glorious creations of the rest of the Just Add Ink Design Team; there are some beauties this week!
I'm in for a wonderful weekend; I'm travelling to Perth, in Western Australia, for a Stampin' Up! OnStage Local event. It will be a weekend of catching up with friends and family, and getting my hands on the brand new Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue in advance of its release on 1st June. How exciting! I hope you have a great weekend, too.
