JAI #257: CRISP CANTALOUPE AND GOLD STIPPLED BLOSSOMS

Narelle has come up with a stunning collage of inspiration pics, for our challenge at Just Add Ink this week:

I loved using this inspiration piece to make a card for a special milestone birthday.  Take a look:

I began with a few flowers stamped and gold-embossed on the die-cut panel, but overlaid some hand-cut flowers and leaves to add a bit more interest and dimension.  I LOVE the way this card turned out, and hope the recipient does too!

Make sure you take a look at how the rest of the Just Add Ink Design Team members were inspired by the photos above; stunning work!

I've listed below all the Stampin' Up! products used to make this card; if you click on any of the items, you'll be taken to my online store, where you can purchase them.

  1. Your card is absolutely beautiful Christine. I love it. I particularly love the look of the stamped blossoms on the background. Are the leaves embossed in gold? I'm sure the recipient will love her card too.
