STAMPIN' UP! TO A WILD ROSE - PURPLE POSY JUST FOR YOU CARD

One of the beautiful new In Colours in Stampin' Up!'s range is a pale purple, called Purple Posy.  I was able to pre-order all the new coloured inkpads before the new catalogue was released ... but a quality issue with the Purple Posy inks was soon discovered.  I have held off sharing any Purple Posy creations, for this reason, as Stampin' Up! is still working with the ink supplier, to resolve the issue.  Until further notice, Purple Posy inkpads and refills are not available to purchase.  We are hopeful that it won't be much longer, until they're available.

STAMPIN' UP! TO A WILD ROSE - CRUSHED CURRY THANK YOU CARD

On today's card, I have used some of the gorgeous papers from the Mosaic Mood pack.  I like the speckled, slightly grungy, finish to the designs (that, I'm afraid, my photography doesn't do justice to).  The sentiment on this card is from the Memorable Mosaic stamp set.

STAMPIN' UP! BIRD BALLAD BIRTHDAY CARD

The only stamping on the card I'm sharing today, is the sentiment.  This was a quick and easy card to make, but I love it - and hope you do, too!

I coloured the rhinestones (in the flower centres) with Petal Pink Stampin' Blends, and the clear faceted gem (on top of the bow) with Pool Party Stampin' Blends.  Our alcohol markers are a great way to customise your embellishments, to suit the project you're working on.

Here's a closer look at the faceted gem, and the "rope" cardstock bow, die cut using Smooth Sailing dies:

Isn't the sentiment, from the Perennial Birthday stamp set, the perfect size on this card?  It's one of my most-used birthday stamps.
