STAMPIN' UP! WILDFLOWER BIRTHDAY GOLD BANNER CARD

Here is the last card in my series of Wildflower Birthday cards, using some of the die-cuts included in the beautiful paper pack.

I've used a few small flower die-cuts, to decorate the corners of the sentiment label on my card.  The gold bunting across the top of the card is another die-cut from the Wildflower Birthday Specialty Designer Series Paper pack.  I embossed it with the Starstruck Embossing Folder (a Sale-A-Bration freebie), for some rather dramatic texture.

After sponging the edges of the beautiful cake paper, with Pretty in Pink ink, I adhered the paper to a panel of Pool Party card, then a Pretty in Pink card base.

I told you this embossed gold bunting was dramatic!  LOL.  In this photo, you can better see some of the gold detail in the background paper.  Adhesive-Backed Heart Sequins are scattered around in the background, to add to the gold lusciousness.

At each end of the bunting, I have added a bow made from two lengths of white baker's twine.

The sentiment label frame, from the Grow With Love bundle, was stamped in Pool Party ink on Pool Party card.  I cut it out using a co-ordinating die.  The sentiment, from Birthday Celebration, was stamped in Versamark ink and sprinkled with white embossing powder, that I then melted with my heat tool.

Inside the card, I added a Basic White card panel on which to write, and decorated it with a little cake fussy-cut from the Designer Series Paper.  My photo is a bit fuzzy, but I'm sure you get the gist!

STAMPIN' UP! WILDFLOWER BIRTHDAY CUPCAKE CARD

On today's card, made with Stampin' Up!'s Wildflower Birthday Specialty Designer Series Paper, I have used three different patterned papers from the pack, in addition to the pop-out cake and cupcake die-cuts.  I matted the Soft Sea Foam DSP on a Pretty in Pink card layer.  I then added some of the beautiful striped paper to anchor my die-cut elements.  The third piece of patterned paper is the strip of scalloped paper underlining the sentiment.

I stamped the sentiment in Pretty in Pink ink, on Basic White card.  Given my time over, I would rethink the placement of the Party Dots ... but, I'm all for sharing my imperfect creations.  It's all about having fun with beautiful products!

The cake and cupcake die-cuts are adhered to a Soft Sea Foam piece of card that I cut using an Around it All Die.  A bow made from Pretty in Pink Bordered Ribbon is attached with glue dots.

Hopefully you can see in this picture, that I used Wink of Stella on the cupcake frosting.  Those gold foiled details are so pretty, aren't they?

STAMPIN' UP! WILDFLOWER BIRTHDAY BALLOON CARD

Today I'm sharing another idea for a simple birthday card, using a die-cut from the beautiful Wildflower Birthday Specialty Designer Series Paper pack.

I cut a piece of the Pool Party DSP with gold scallops, and matted it on a layer of Pool Party card (that I sponged around the edges, with Pool Party ink).

Using Liquid Glue, I layered the balloon die-cut over my sentiment label, and added a few embellishments.

From Peach Pie, Pretty in Pink and Pool Party card scraps, I die-cut little flowers using Birthday Celebration Dies.  I adhered them to balloons of the same colour, and added Party Dots to the flower centres.  All this matching stuff makes my heart happy!

The sentiment, from Hooray for Surprises, was stamped in Pool Party ink on Basic White card.  I used one of the fab new Mixed Labels Dies to cut it out.  Isn't the edging detail lovely?

Once I'd stuck down the sentiment label, and the balloons, I added a bow made from Gold 1/8" Trim (using a rolled up glue dot).  Some gold sequins finish off my card.
