STAMPIN' UP! BEAUTIFUL FRIENDSHIP BIRTHDAY CARD

I will be very sad to see Beautiful Friendship leave our range early next month.  This lovely stamp set retires on 3rd May, so I've had a play with it and a colour combination I haven't used before (as far as I remember).  I realised I've barely used my Blackberry Bliss Striped Ribbon - that was the jumping-off point for this card!  I have teamed Blackberry Bliss with Blushing Bride and Smoky Slate.

The sentiment, from the Many Messages bundle, was stamped in Versamark ink, and white heat-embossed, on Blackberry Bliss card.  The Smoky Slate background panel has been dry-embossed with one of the Greenery embossing folders.  A few scattered Elegant Faceted Gems add some bling to the card.

Listed below are all the products I used to make this card.  If you live in Australia, and would like to shop with me for your Stampin' Up! supplies, you can get to my online store by clicking on any of the thumbnail images below.

STAMPIN' UP! TRIMMING THE TOWN RED HOUSE CURVY CONGRATULATIONS CARD

Today I have another "house congratulations" card to share with you, made with the beautiful Trimming the Town Designer Series Paper that is on special this month.  The only stamping on my card is the sentiment.  One of the awesome things about the Home Together Dies, is that they cut out some of the houses from the Designer Series Paper, as well as fitting perfectly around the stamped images in the Coming Home stamp set (that I've used lots for Christmas cards).

I love the whimsical colour combination in these papers, and have had fun mixing and matching all the "bits".  The house is die cut from a sheet of patterned paper, and I've mounted it on a stitched oval cut from another of the papers in the Trimming The Town pack.  The scribbly Poppy Parade card, in the background, is also from the Trimming the Town pack.  I have used a Curvy Die to add some fun detail to the Poppy Parade piece.  The Curvy Dies will be released next month, but as a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, I have been able to get my hands on them early ... and am loving them!

The sentiment is from the Beautiful Friendship stamp set.  I used Misty Moonlight ink, to stamp it on a strip of Pool Party paper from the Subtles 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper pack.

To the inside of the card, I added a couple of trees die-cut from the same Trimming the Town Designer Series Paper as the house was cut.

Aside from the Curvy Dies, all products used to make this card are listed below, and are available now to purchase from my online store.  If you live in Australia, and would like to shop with me for your Stampin' Up! supplies, you can get to my store by clicking on any of the thumbnail images below.

Tomorrow I will be sharing the third and final card in my non-Christmas house series.  I hope you're feeling inspired to use this gorgeous Designer Series Paper.  It is a lot of fun to create with.

STAMPIN' UP! BEAUTIFUL FRIENDSHIP "THINKING OF YOU" SIMPLE STAMPING CARD

Beautiful Friendship is a gorgeous stamp set, that lends itself beautifully to simple stamping.  Today's share is all about stamps, ink and paper - nothing fancy!  How about this for a gorgeous colour combination?

I stamped flowers and leaves on a piece of Whisper White card, that I'd cut with the largest Stitched Nested Labels die.  I then cut that piece in half.  The Balmy Blue panel has been embossed with the lovely, tactile, Country Floral 3D embossing folder - that, sadly, is retiring on 2nd June.  I stamped (in Balmy Blue ink) the sentiment, which is from the Good Morning Magnolia stamp set, and die cut it with a smaller Stitched Nested Labels die.  A bow in retiring ribbon finishes off the card.

Listed below are the Stampin' Up! products I used to make this card.  You can get to my online store by clicking on any of the thumbnail images below.  I'd love for you to shop with me for your Stampin' Up! products, if you live in Australia, and don't already have a Stampin' Up! demonstrator.
