STAMPIN' UP! BLACKBERRY BEAUTY ENCOURAGEMENT CARD

I have been creating with the luscious new Blackberry Beauty Designer Series Papers.  Today's card features two of the designs in the pack, along with Gold & Rose Gold Metallic Paper (which comes in a pack of 6"x6" sheets).  I have lightly sponged around the edges of the patterned papers, with Blackberry Bliss ink, before adhering them to a panel of Blackberry Bliss card.

Look at this beautiful paper, with rich colours and metallic accents.  I think the Rose Gold metallic paper, especially, goes so well with the pink and purple tones:

I stamped the sentiment, from the Queen Anne's Lace stamp set, in Rich Razzleberry ink on Very Vanilla card.  After cutting it out using a Stitched So Sweetly Die, I added a DSP heart cut using a Birds & More heart-shaped die.

The ribbon laid across the card is Fine Art Ribbon, and I added a bow made from Polished Pink Open Weave Ribbon.

Inside the card I stamped the second part of the sentiment, again in Rich Razzleberry ink:

Listed below are all the products I used to make my card.  If you live in Australia, and would like to shop with me for your Stampin' Up! supplies, you can get to my online store by clicking on any of the thumbnail images below.

Tomorrow I will have another Blackberry Beauty card to share with you;  I hope you'll come back to visit.

STAMPIN' UP! PLENTIFUL PLANTS FOR FUSION CHALLENGE

I'm back with a second blog post for today, to share a card I made for the current Fusion Card Challenge:

I'm playing along just with the sketch.  As soon as I saw this layout, I knew I wanted to play more with the Plentiful Plants bundle that is one of my current favourites.

Some of my favourite details on this card are the Stitched Greenery background (on Mint Macaron card), and the custom-stamped vertical strip I created with a stamp from Artistically Inked.  I repeatedly stamped, on Basic White card, what I like to call the "blobby" stamp (that gives a result similar to alcohol ink techniques) in Mint Macaron, Just Jade, and Evening Evergreen inks.

Check out the sweet details on the die-cut succulents and pots, using Perfect Plants Dies.  The succulents (in Mint Macaron and Evening Evergreen) sit on a Just Jade circle, cut using a Picture This Die.

The sentiment (from the Queen Anne's Lace stamp set) is stamped in Evening Evergreen ink, on a Basic White circle also cut using a Picture This Die.  I've added a Genial Gem, and a bow using Crumb Cake twine from the Baker's Twine Essentials Pack.

I wanted the background to my hanging basket to be a little darker (but not solid), so used a leftover piece of my stamped background.  I stamped over it again in Evening Evergreen ink, using the same stamp.  After cutting it out using a Layering Circles Die, I sponged the edges with Evening Evergreen ink.  The plant pot was stamped in Crumb Cake ink, and the plant in Mint Macaron ink.

Listed below are all the products I used to make my card.  If you live in Australia, and would like to shop with me for your Stampin' Up! supplies, you can get to my online store by clicking on any of the thumbnail images below.
